Your client needs Denver on Tuesday. Alex comes back with three options, they ask whether anything leaves earlier, then confirm one. That is two itineraries and one confirmed booking — $3.98, and the asking in between cost nothing.
Every trip is different. That one is a fair middle: a simple return costs less, a fussy multi-city costs more.

The prices never change. Buying more up front gets you more credit — that is the only discount there is.
Bonus credit never expires, exactly like the credit you paid for. Unused credit is not refundable.
Questions people actually ask
Which GDSs do you connect to?
Sabre and Amadeus connectivity is included. Anything beyond those two — another GDS, or a direct connection of your own — is an add-on, quoted monthly. On Lite there is nothing to connect at all.
Why is a brief the same price as a PNR?
Because the work behind it is the same. What differs is where it lands — with you to ticket, or straight into your GDS. Charging two different numbers for the same effort would only make this page harder to read.
Do I pay when Alex just answers a question?
No. Only two things cost money: an itinerary, and a confirmed booking. Everything else — including asking Alex what your balance is, or to top you up — is free.
Does credit expire?
Credit you buy never expires, bonus credit included. The $30 you get free with Lite is the one exception: it runs for thirty days.
What happens when I run out?
Alex stops and sends you a link. Nothing auto-charges, there is no card on file, and nothing renews. Your client is never shown a balance or told anything about your billing.
What if I stop using Bitravel?
Your bookings are yours — they live in your own GDS and are unaffected. Ask us to delete your data and we will; what we keep and for how long is set out in the privacy policy. Read the privacy policy →
Is unused credit refundable?
No. Credit is prepaid and is not refundable — but it does not expire either, so it waits for you. The only credit that ever runs out is the $30 free trial, at thirty days.
What currency are these prices, and is VAT included?
US dollars, excluding VAT. Lite is US-only while we are getting started.
The two prices cover the core. Desks that need waitlists, PNR monitoring, group bookings or voice support add modules on top — quoted monthly against how you actually work.
