Artium Museum (Vitoria-Gasteiz)
Inaugurated in 2002, the "ARTIUM" Contemporary Art Museum is a living centre of art, which holds a collection of more than 1600 pieces of work by around 1300 different authors, in its permanent and temporary exhibition halls.

It has as well spaces which are destined to the expression of new artists and other cultural events, together with academic activities with the interactive participation of children and grown-ups. To the important collection by authors such as Joan Miró, Picasso, Saura, Tapies, etc, we must add those of 79 artists from Araba of different generations.

Fine Arts Museum of Araba (Vitoria-Gasteiz)
It occupies a building from the beginning of the century and contains an important collection of painting and sculpture that spans from the 18th century to the present. Most notable are the Basque paintings of manners and works by contemporary artists such as Miro and Picasso.

Natural History Museum (Vitoria-Gasteiz)
The museum has three large sections spread on two floors. One is devoted to geology: petrology, mineralogy, vertebrate palaeontology, invertebrate palaeontology, and general geology. The other is devoted to botany and zoology, cryptogamous botany, phanerogamic botany, invertebrate zoology, and vertebrate zoology.

Hoya Museum (Laguardia)
Archaeological excavation of a settlement from the first millennium B.C. The exhibit takes up 270 m2 and provides the visitor a clear vision of the environment in which the people that lived here developed and evolved.

Gastronomy Museum (Llodio)
The Basque Gastronomy Museum is located right in the city centre of the town of Llodio in Alava, next to the Nervion River. It is situated in Zubiko Etxea, a gracious three-levelled building with a large garden area.

The museum presents cuisines of various eras and styles, both in the domestic arena and the professional. It also has a restaurant that focuses on famous chefs and menus from restaurants from all over the world. The museum is also the headquarters of the Basque Gastronomy Academy.
